O co jde...jde o to,ze aktivaci, nikoliv posilenim techto svalu, ziskas vetsi stabilitu diky tomu,ze zpevnis oporu patere pomoci organu v brisni dutine,ktere jsou temito svaly tlaceny na pater. Tim padem se cele telo jako system nastavi do vyhodnejsi vychozi pozice, ze ktere ziskas vetsi stabilitu,tim padem setris energii, zekonomicti se ti pohybove stereotypy. Take diky teto opore nemusis aktivovat svalstvo zad tak moc jako bez funkcniho HSS a tim padem odbouravas bolest zad, mozna i bolesti v oblasti trisel. Ovsem je docela problemem to aplikovat do bezne treninkove praxe.
