Projects of hydraulic drives

  • Drawing up the  projects of electrohydraulic drives and equipment used in various areas of industrial production in the new installation or at reconstructions of current technologies, in particular:

    • on coke oven battery service cars - filling cars, guide cars

    • by material  handling in manufacturing - various feeding, shifting, blocking and other auxiliary functions on technological equipment

    • in pressing technology - hydraulic presses and press feeding equipment

    • in heat treatment of metals - for step annealing furnaces

    • in steelworks - by lifting of heavy materials (manipulation with liquid steel), on equipment used for continuous steel casting and on steelworks mechanisms that handle with rolled steel material

When the hydraulic drives are connected with a electrical programmable unit, then they can operate in fully automatic mode. Thanks to high-quality design of electrohydraulic elements, which are connected in electrical feedback with the monitored parameters of end-mechanisms, we can realize a hydraulic drive and entire electrohydraulic system with precize output parameters:

  • Defined speed of movement
