On the budget

Not everyone has money for pricey brands like Raf Simons, Supreme, Gucci, and so on... That's where fast fashion and thrift/second-hand stores come in handy. It's a very affordable way to buy clothes I personally love thrift shopping because you never know what you'll find. It gives you a chance to buy things that not everyone has and you can always upcycle your clothes, make something new and interesting out of them. Fast fashion, on the other hand, is more less the same everywhere not very innovative. In the Czech Republic, we don't have many choices for stores, unfortunately, the fashion industry here is a little behind the only fast-fashion store that is not bad and is trying to be somewhat different is Zara.

Bringing attractive and responsible fashion, and improve the quality of customer service, are Zara's priorities

Zara’s story begins with the opening of our first store in the Spanish coastal city of A Coruña in 1975, an early milestone in our company’s long historyOver the years, Zara has remained faithful to its core valuesexpressed simply in the same four keywords that define all our storesbeautyclarityfunctionality, and sustainability.

Nurturing a highly intimate relationship with its customersZara’s designers respond instinctively to their changing needsreacting to the latest trends and constant feedback received across its Woman, Man and Kids collections, to deliver new ideas in the right place and at the right moment.

Further enhancing the quality of our customer service, Zara stores also include Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID), using cutting-edge systems to track the location of garments instantly and making those most in-demand rapidly available to customersThis technology has allowed Zara to complete the implementation of its integrated stock management system in the 49 markets in which it operates its integrated store and online platform

Zara’s Join Life collection and the eco-stores are two examples that underline the brand’s unwavering focus on sustainability and improved customer experience. These developments have been further enriched by a range of new and innovative projects, such as the installation of clothing recycling containers in-store and a scheme providing for free at-home collection of used garments to complement the delivery of online orders.
